Step 1: Start with a Clean Face

For better results, apply a water-based serum before your session — this can help enhance light penetration into the skin.

Step 3: Put On the LED Mask

Secure the mask comfortably on your face using the adjustable strap or wear it while lying down. Make sure your skin is in contact with the light.

Step 4: Turn On and Select a Light Mode

Choose the light color that targets your skin concern:

  Green Light – Fades pigmentation & evens skin tone

Step 5: Relax for 10–20 Minutes

Keep your eyes closed and relax during your session. The recommended time is 15–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week.

Step 6: Turn Off & Remove the Mask

Switch off the device and gently remove it. Wipe it down with a clean, dry cloth.

Step 7: Follow with Skincare

Apply your regular moisturizer or night cream to lock in hydration after treatment.
